We want our customers to have a great experience. If you are unsatisfied with your food or drinks, please let us know and we will make it right or issue a refund. All refund requests must be requested before leaving the venue. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If you paid with a credit card, your refund will be issued to the same credit card. We do not offer refunds for drinks that have been partially or fully consumed, unless there is a problem with the quality or an error in the order.
